A Letter From Ashley, CEO & Founder of Impact Staffing International
I am sincerely grateful for the opportunity to own and lead this company. At a young age, my father instilled in me the invaluable lesson that taking the road less traveled is the high road. He taught me that success is not handed to you on a silver platter, but rather earned through hard work, determination, and a commitment to excellence. He emphasized the importance of outworking the competition, going above and beyond what is expected, and giving 110% in everything I do. But it wasn’t just about working hard; my parents also taught me the power of showing kindness and gratitude and to lead by example. They taught me that being grateful for the opportunities that come my way is essential, as it cultivates a positive mindset and attracts more blessings. These lessons have shaped my character and guided me throughout my personal and professional journey. I carry them with me every day, as a constant reminder to always strive for excellence, approach challenges with courage and resilience, and to treat everyone with kindness and respect.
It was during a heartfelt conversation with my parents that they suggested the name IMPACT, knowing how important it is for me to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those around me. Their belief in me, coupled with their encouragement to pursue my passion for creating positive change, has been a driving force in my life. They have shown me the power that one person’s actions can inspire and transform the world. With every step I take on this journey, I carry the profound understanding that the name IMPACT represents not only my desire to leave an indelible mark on this world but to also exemplify the impact that my parent’s love, support, and belief in me has had on my life.
